Designed as a check stuffer, A+ Customer Service was a subscription series of bi-weekly articles written to clarify basic personal and professional expectations. 

Sold to over 100 companies throughout the USA and read by thousands of employees, A+ Customer Service helped to redefine what characteristics make a good employee.  In addition, many of the articles went on to define what social and personal moral values work best to strengthen teams and individuals.

Each shipment included a Manager's Guide to assist the supervisor in relating to the material and their employees.
